The singer, 19, was inside his mansion when ELEVEN police cars swarmed the property to search for evidence that links him to bizarre drama
Justin Bieber’s house has been raided by cops in connection with a bizarre egg-throwing incident.
The singer, 19, was inside the property when ELEVEN police cars swarmed his mansion just a few moments ago.
Bieber is currently being held in his garage while officers search his house and study any surveillance footage from the incident.
A source close to the situation tells the Mirror detectives are searching for evidence that links the popstar - which actually includes searching for more eggs.
"The cops are searching his house for anything they can find. That includes similar eggs or anything illegal, such as drugs," a source says.
There is no arrest warrant out for Bieber but the officers arrived at the scene armed with a search warrant and a battering ram.
The police department are expected to hold a press conference relating to the egg-drama around 11:30am Pacific Time.
“I can confirm we have served a search warrant at Justin Bieber’s residence as part of a felony vandalism investigation,” a spokesperson for the LA County Sheriff’s Department said.
Bieber is accused of pelting eggs at his neighbour’s house and causing $20,000 worth of damage.
Video footage was released in which the neighbour can be heard shouting,"I see you. I f**king see you!" before a boy, who is allegedly Bieber, responds, "F**k you! I got another one for you, actually!"
